The cost for shipping can be viewed on the checkout page after you add your products to your cart.
Orders are processed by our logistics in 24-48 hours from the date of receipt of payment in our system. Throughout Italy delivery is usually within 2-3 working days from when the order is given to the courier, except in Sicily, Sardinia and Calabria where delivery may take an extra day. The delivery times indicated by the Company are to be considered as purely indicative and a delay with respect to the same, or any delivery made by successive fractionated shipments shall not entitle the customer to refuse the same delivery and to claim compensation or indemnity.
Please be aware that external factors such as postal or courier delays, logistical problems, adverse weather conditions, or the inability to access the given address may affect the timeliness of delivery. Products are delivered via the designated courier Monday through Friday during business hours. Shipments and deliveries are not made on weekends and national holidays.
NB. During times of sales and promotions, shipments may take longer. We suggest that you always choose an address where someone can make the pickup. If you prefer to receive your order in the office or at a concierge desk, please also indicate the name of the contact person. If you are not present at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a notification ticket with how to pick up the goods or will try 2 new delivery attempts.
We always advise you to keep track of your shipment status with the tracking code that you will be notified by email when the package is shipped, you can check the status of your order at any time. Please remember that it is not possible to change the delivery address once the order has been shipped.
